    Responsibilities:

    • Business requirement gathering, prioritisation, and analysis for operations-related change activities.
    • Working in a flat structure, with the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including c-suite.
    • A global scope - Collaborate with teams locally and internationally to deliver impactful change initiatives.
    • Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, focusing on enhancing operational processes.
    • Implement industry best practices and standards for business analysis, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

    Skills and Expectations:

    • Experience delivering or supporting business change within the London Insurance Industry.
    • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Demonstrated experience in matrix management and change delivery.
    • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in an autonomous environment.
    • Knowledge of relevant Lloyd's of London Market insurance is highly advantageous.
