Please note this is a fixed term role due to end in December 2024


You'll be responsible for providing first class customer service to our clients who engage with our Client Support team for support on our product, services and technical support.


We're looking for people who can demonstrate proactive management of the services provided to our clients by identifying and resolving issues quickly and ensuring permanent solutions are implemented.

You'll be comfortable with task management from a shared queue of day to day activities to ensure requests are within SLA and to the agreed quality.


What you'll do:


  • Proactively analyse client issues, take appropriate action and provide appropriate advice
  • Coordinate with other areas of Equifax to ensure complete investigation of client query, and to own query through to resolution
  • Handle complex inbound and outbound telephone calls to clients
  • Work to a high standard of performance (quality, punctuality, attendance, productivity and flexibility)
  • Work effectively as part of a high performing team
  • Follows company and departmental procedures at all times
  • Core operating hours are Monday
  • Friday between 8am6pm, on a rotated shift basis between team members.

What experience you need

  • Have worked in a busy, fast paced B2B client facing role
  • Customer focused role with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to understand and resolve a range of technical issues for clients
  • Have managed complaints professionally
  • Good experience Microsoft Office and Google packages
  • Must be able to work Monday
  • Friday between 8am6pm
  • Core operating hours are Monday
  • Friday between 8am6pm
