This role is available to applicants that are UK based. Flexible hybrid and remote working arrangements available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
At a high level the job objectives are, under supervision;
Deliver and prioritise contract review workload across supported business(es) in alignment with business requirements

Assist / support the implementation of common ways of working to maximise value, gain efficiencies and minimise risk to Wood

Managing and maintaining key internal interfaces within supported business(es)

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

Degree required in one of:
Law, Quantity Surveying or Business Degree

Legally qualified (preferred but not required)

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Experience and proven track record of contract review, drafting and negotiation in a service company environment

In addition to undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, the individual should ideally have work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and exposure to key contracting principles

Working knowledge of contract terms, contract principles and drafting and roll out of contracting policies

Working knowledge of the inhouse Company Finance and P&O (People and Organisation) systems (desirable)

Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures

Excellent understanding of Client contract structures, principles, and policies
