    Regional Business Development Manager (Colocation)

    The primary objective for the Regional Business Development Manager (Colocation) is to generate, cultivate, and secure new business colocation opportunities within your region.

    The focus of the role is to promote and sell colocation services to regional businesses aligning with our market profile across 12 data center locations throughout the UK.

    Conduct targeted regional outreach to potential clients, introducing our colocation services to create new sales opportunities. Focus on clients within 50km of one of our data centers.


    • Implement a specific colocation new business call, discover, present, and quote cadence, meticulously documented in CRM following the contact method and supported by the Sandler sales engagement methodology.
    • Execute multi-platform outreach, including social platforms, telephone, and email.
    • Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the advantages of our colocation and the edge infrastructure platform portfolio in supporting their business initiatives.
    • Participate in networking events to establish relationships with potential clients and promote our colocation and edge infrastructure platform portfolio.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new client acquisition.
    • All employees will handle confidential information and/or sensitive data professionally and in line with existing company processes and policies.
