Client Details
Based in Caerphilly, the organisation has been operating in the business services space for over 10 years. You will be joining an organisation that's ambitious, fast paced, dynamic and collaborative. The organisation is currently undergoing rapid expansiondue to a new product launch. This is a newly created role due to increased workload.
You will be joining a family friendly organisation that will provide you with the flexibility you need as a part time employee.
Description
As a
HR Administrator within the HR team, you will be the first point of contact for queries across the business and be responsible for safeguarding the quality of our data.
You will enjoy managing varying and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced HR department and will engage with people from all parts of the organisation and at all levels, so you will need to be friendly, approachable, and empatheticwith excellent relationship building skills.
Key Duties:
- Processing sickness, absence and holidays
- Payroll changes
- Onboarding new staff into the business
- Assisting with inductions, training and IT set up for new staff
- Handling employee files and data with confidentiality
- Ad hoc HR Administration
Profile
- Previous experience in HR is preferred for this position
