Job Summary:

Kiwa Watertec is looking for a Project Management Support to provide excellent administrative support to our Project Management team.

This role is based on the Rassau Industrial Estate in Ebbw Vale with Hybrid Working. Kiwa, is a global top 20 leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification.

About the role:

  • Maintaining and updating all admin internal Watertec databases
  • Provide administrative support to the project team for the processing of incoming enquiries and administration of quotations
  • Process incoming purchase orders from clients and outgoing purchase orders to suppliers
  • Production of invoices/proforma invoices
  • Maintain and keep up to date details on FLOW
  • Assist in planning & scheduling including tracking project progress
  • Assist with project budget management, including tracking invoices and credit checks
  • Maintain project documentation

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Experience in Project Administration/Finance or related field
  • Be able to produce invoices/PO's
  • Be able to keep all systems updated in a timely manner
  • Be able to produce neat, highquality work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritize work and work under pressure.
  • Be able to work in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Be an efficient computer user, with solid experience with MS Office.
  • Be able to work under own initiative.
  • The ability to work cohesively with all stakeholders for a mutual outcome.
  • Aptitude for accuracy
