    Our client is a highly regarded and well-established practice based in Manchester city centre.     Distinct to many law firms of this size, the Commercial Disputes team is very much at the heart with a sizeable and highly talented team. The quality of work is second to none.

    A new opening has arisen within the team requiring a commercial litigation specialist with not less than 3 yrs'+ PQE (or equivalent). Ideally, you will also have expertise of ADR and settlement discussions.

    Typical instructions undertaken by the team include:

    • Breach of Contract
    • Corporate and Shareholder disputes
    • Finance Litigation
    • Property Disputes
    • Injunctions
    • IT and IP disputes

    Experience in all areas is not required, but you will have a solid foundation in managing a diverse range of Commercial Disputes . Moving forward, if you have a particular niche or desire to specialise in specific areas, the team will look to accommodate and support.
