- 40 hours per week - shifts can change to include evenings/weekends to suit business requirements (changes are discussed and planned prior to commencement)

- Completion of Patrols on car park attending, issuing enforcement notices to vehicles not adhering to the car park rules
- Documenting visit reports on a handheld device.
- Completing front line maintenance on parking equipment limiting downtime to a minimum.
- Routine cleaning of car park equipment, Signage, litter and leaf removal, weeding, boundary trimming as and when required, maintaining a high standard on site
- Meeting with onsite client representatives.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent organisational skills, with exceptional customer service skills.
- A strong team player and able to use own initiative.
- A credible verbal and written communicator with the ability to develop close working relationships.
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems.
