We are looking for an Administrator to work within a busy Insurance Company in Stevenage

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous customer service / administration experience.
- Proactive, motivated, and great willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong IT skills with Microsoft packages.
- Team player and highly motivated.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support across the business.
- Prepare and maintain client files.
- Undertake research and identify solutions.
- Organise information for analysis.
- Draft recommendation reports to be signed off.
- Type letters and proofred letters.
- Managing compliance paperwork.
- Booking in appointments for clients.
