CLINICAL DEPUTY MANAGER - Nursing Home - RGN / RMN

You will be the Clinical Deputy Manager for a dynamic & exciting Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities, and your role is to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing Home to deliver specialist care and nursing services to the residents; to assist the Home Manager in providing high-quality nursing and care support to place the individual at the centre of everything and based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness and Kindness.

The service is a 25 bed specialist facility for adults with enduring mental health and complex needs. The service has qualified RMNs, trained OT to provide effective rehabilitation packages of care.

Working a combination of supernumerary shifts and as a nurse on the floor.

35 days annual leave (inclusive of BHs)

To assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.

• To co-ordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high quality, person centred care and support in way which promotes: dignity; safety and independence and which promotes equality & diversity for everyone living and working in the Service.
• To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times.
• To ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home and liaise with external health professionals.
• Nurse Qualified with Valid NMC - RGN or RMN
• Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Nurse Manager
