New Road Hotel is currently looking for a Night Duty Manager

New Road Hotel is a stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Whitechapel with our 79 bedrooms having a modern and unique design.

We are now looking for a new Night Duty Manager to join our team as additional support to work night shifts, occasionally day shifts

This position is offered full-time, 40 hours per week

What we are looking for:

· Previous experience in nights

· Ability to handle emergency situations

· Confident with end of day procedures, like credit card reconciliation, rate checks, etc

· Knowledge of Guestline Rezlynx (not necessary)

· Multi-tasking, strong personality, eager to grow and learn

· Good level of English (essential)

· French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, German (preferred)
