Description

To ensure the effective management, diagnosis, delivery and detailed reporting of all Priority Repairs; ensuring that all priority repairs are delivered in a timely, cost effective, customer focused and safe manner, in-line with budgetary and legislativerequirements, as well as our SLAs and KPIs.


  • Leading, motivating and engaging with your team to ensure the effective delivery of a highquality, customercentric priority repairs (damp & mould) service.
  • Leading a joinedup approach across the business to tackle the root causes of priority repairs, focusing on damp and mould.
  • Providing assurance to the leadership team that identified damp, mould and other priority repairs have been managed and dealt with inline with our agreed timeframes and processes.
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly operational and compliance reporting for priority repairs.
  • Assessing resourcing and forward work programmes to identify potential performance bottlenecks and working with colleagues to design proactive solutions to manage these.
  • Scanning the external environment and building networks to identify best practice in preventing damp, mould and other priority repairs.
  • Assisting with the development and management of operational processes to ensure priority repairs are delivered in line with our clients published SLAs.
  • Ensure effective delivery of all priority repairs (D&M) working closely and in collaboration with the disrepair and legal team to eliminate the risk of duplication.
  • Managing and delivering of an effective Out of Hours Emergency Service, including responsibility to be a point of escalation on a rota basis.
  • Ensuring compliance with Clients contract management delivery framework.
  • Ensuring that all relevant certification and evidence of work completion is provided for all priority repair works and saved against the respective location.
  • Representing our client as required at internal, external and contract review meeting.
