Our client is a Top-100 national chartered accountancy, tax specialist and advisory firm. As part of their continued growth ambitions, they now have an opportunity for a Corporation Tax Manager to head up the corporation tax compliance function acrossthe practice.

About the role
This role would suit a dynamic professional, looking for a new role in a technology-led practice.

Reporting tothe Tax Partners, the Corporation Tax Manager will take the lead on client tax activity, as well as providing support to senior and junior teammembers.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Managing the corporation tax compliance function;
  • Undertaking corporation tax computation preparation and reviewing the work of other team members;
  • Managing the flow of work nationally to ensure high standards are maintained and timescales are met;
  • Assisting with the development of junior team members and generally assisting with the building of the Corporation Tax team;
  • Assisting the Tax Partner in ensuring the technical aspects of the work of the department are up to date;
  • Assisting the Tax Advisory team in identifying project work;
  • Liaising with key stakeholder in the business to keep the flow of information between departments running.

The person will have experience of managing people and have confidence in liaising with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional services.

They will be dynamic in their approach and commitment to using technology and new ideas in their work.
