We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our CRM team, working across email and SMS as an important part of our business and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to learn and gain experience from a fast-growing D2C startup.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Execute email marketing campaigns
• Take ownership of ensuring the quality and deliverability of the campaigns
• Create segmentation of our customers
• Analyze the performance of individual emails and create A/B tests to enhance their performance
• CRM Analytics
• Reporting
• Stay up to date with Klaviyo/email marketing best practices
• Work closely with designers and copywriters
• Close collaboration with our product team to successfully launch new products

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Data and results-driven individual
• Drive to learn new things every day
• Eagerness to grow
• High attention to detail and accuracy
