Helpdesk Advisors required for a leading facilities management company. The business look after a large customer base, from banks to retail to government offices.

The Company put their customers at the heart of everything they do and are keen to hire a team of people who are passionate to deliver 1st class customer service.

This role would suit someone with a helpdesk, call centre or contact centre background and offers a competitive salary of 25,500pa, rising to 26,750pa after 3 months
What will you be doing as a Helpdesk Advisor?
Confident in dealing with complaints

Previous experience working on a Helpdesk or within a Customer Service Contact Centre or Call Centre is preferred
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Your previous roles could have included Helpdesk Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Contact Centre Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Customer Service Agent, Facilities Helpdesk Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Inbound Customer Service Agent

Salary of 25,500pa rising to 26,500pa after 3 months
5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 6pm, however flexibility can be offered, and part time could be considered
