GCSE in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent
Level 5 CIPD Human Resources qualification

Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
Level 3 Certificate Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring
Level 7 CIPD Human Resources qualification

As a Skills Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring learners to achieve success in their Human Resources qualification.
