General Manager- eCommerce Fulfilment

We're on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager- eCommerce Fulfilment to join Mobile Fun, a leading name in the mobile accessories retail sector.

This critical position is at the heart of our operational success, blending strategic oversight with hands-on management to ensure our fulfilment operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Acting as a keyholder , managing the opening and closing procedures to ensure the security of our 15,000 sqft warehouse/office space.

Managing building services and maintenance , ensuring the facility is operational, secure, and well-maintained.
Championing housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and efficient workspace .
Developing and managing staff rotas for effective building supervision, ensuring operational efficiency.
Maintaining HR systems , managing staff discipline, and adherence to company policies regarding lateness, sickness, and holidays.
Coordinating with external payroll , ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Managing the receipt of goods , ensuring efficient processing, storage, and inventory accuracy .
Managing supplies of packaging consumables.

Continuous Improvement :
Lead the charge in refining operational processes, cutting costs, and enhancing quality across all fulfilment operations.

Performance Management :
Use KPIs to showcase results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Project Leadership :
Champion and lead new fulfilment initiatives, warehouse optimisation projects, and the integration of new eCommerce client contracts.
A proven leader with a successful track record in warehouse/distribution management.
