Wedding & Events Co-ordinator - Urban Pubs & Bars - Up to £28,000 - £32,000 pa + Commission
+ Service Charge - London


With a portfolio of over 40 eclectic properties across London, Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are host to a variety of beautiful wedding spaces across London and have an exciting opportunity for a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator to join our fast-growing group as we continue to expand the weddings and events arm of the business.


Ranked number 28 in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 list, nominated for 2 Publican Awards in 2020, winning the award for 'Best Managed Pub Company sites' on the night, awarded 'Best Food-led Pub Company 2021' at the R200 awards and just recently winning the '2023 Best Managed Pub Company' at the Publican Awards.


Our teams play a pivotal role in creating an eclectic mix of unique establishments all with a friendly atmosphere, delicious food, awesome service and an experience not to be forgotten.


What it's all about:


  • We are looking for confident Wedding and Events Coordinator who is able to maximise the prebooked sales across all venues within Urban Pubs and Bars, specifically through weddings and special events as the point of contact for wedding related matters in the business.
  • Support with taking wedding enquiries from booking, to planning, to on the day management alongside our weddings manager, operations and kitchen teams.
  • Support in the booking of other private and corporate events across the group.
  • Create a magical experiences

What we looking for:


  • Have a minimum of 1 years sales and events experience within hospitality
  • Must have prior wedding experience, working in a venue
  • Be confident working within a multisite role
  • Experience working with a CRM and/or booking system (ideally Access Collins)
  • Experience using Hitched and Wedding Platforms would be ideal
  • Social Media proficient
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be fully versed in all manner of prebooked sales and be proficient at dealing with enquires
  • Have the ability to work independently within a very fast paced environment
  • Experience of creating, implementing and delivering a sales and events plan to achieve prebooked sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills

Please note:

This is a full-time role 5 days a week (45 hours), across some evenings and weekend (depending on weddings).
