Here at West Lancashire Borough Council, we want to ensure our customers' voice is heard and acted on across the organisation.


As a social housing landlord, we have over 5800 homes and understanding the issues that matter the most as well as engaging with and being accountable to those who rent homes from us is our priority.


We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Engagement Officer to deliver a range of customer engagement and feedback activities.
