As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, conducting detailed surveys and inspections, and delivering high-quality reports and recommendations to clients.     Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage building surveying projects in Manchester, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments, identifying defects, deficiencies, and maintenance issues.

    Prepare comprehensive survey reports, including findings, recommendations, and remedial actions, in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

    Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on building-related matters, including dilapidations, party wall issues, building defects, and statutory compliance.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

    MRICS qualification or equivalent professional accreditation is essential.

    Proven experience in building surveying, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role.

    Strong technical knowledge of building construction, defects diagnosis, and relevant legislation and regulations.
