An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our All Age Continuing Care (AACC) team.

The role of the Business Support Trainer is to provide and deliver a range of quality data and appropriate use of database training to AACC team members and local stakeholders.

These sessions will take a variety of formats from ad hoc sessions, individual 1:1 office-based training to larger classroom-based training and over MS Teams when relevant.


The Business Support Trainer takes responsibility for course co-ordination, course content design and documentation, training materials, provision of classroom-led training, lesson planning and training support.

To provide support, encourage and assist in the personal development of colleagues.


The NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB All Age Continuing Care Service (HIOWICB AACC) is responsible for ensuring that patients referred to our service receive a high quality assessment of need, ensuring that the patient is at the heart of the assessment, their view and those of their carers' are taken in to account and that the care is provided within national timescales.

To support the Business Intelligence Manager in designing, delivering and evaluating IT training in formal and informal environments, to both individuals and large groups of staff including virtual delivery.

Responsible for creating and delivering a bespoke training programme for all users of the AACC database.

A superuser of the database

A good understanding of the data held on the database.
