They are enjoying a strong period of growth and they have exciting plans to expand the range and increase their brand presence.
This role is part of the Marketing & NPD team.The role is accountable for the creation and delivery of the 3-year brand strategy and annual brand plan (inclusive of the full marketing mix).
Leadership of the marketing team members to support the delivery of the plans.the Marketing & NPD Director to develop the 3-year brand strategy; clarifying the role the brands will play in the wider business.
communicate, and execute the annual brand plan for the portfolio.the on-time delivery of all projects and brand initiatives including EPD, NPD, pack design changes, BTL and ATL campaigns.
and understand key brand health performance metrics, identifying and executing clear actions.closely with the wider commercial team to develop clear channel plans – whilst driving opportunities and mitigating risks.
and control budgeted brand expenditure.
of the marketing team, ensuring clear roles and accountabilities are known, and motivating development plans are in place.
the knowledge of how to formulate, gain agreement to and implement brand objectives and strategies.
experience of delivering brand programs, demonstrating strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix to grow equity, along with the ability to manage financials to maximize profitability.
the ability to evaluate market/consumer data to aid effective decision making.open to constructive feedback and actively enjoy building capability, autonomy and ownership
