Thursfields Legal are a full-service law firm specialising in areas such as Corporate and Commercial, Employment Law, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Family Law & Mediation, Residential Property and dealing with Private Clients.


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide initial diagnosis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
  • Guide endusers through basic technical problemsolving steps to resolve common problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams or 2nd line support, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of the problem.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of each support request, including issue description, steps taken, and resolution provided, using our ticketing system.
  • Assist in user account management, including password resets, access provisioning, and permissions management.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions for recurring issues.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles and selfhelp resources for endusers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by displaying patience, empathy, and a positive attitude during interactions with endusers.

Skills & Attributes:


Applicants should have an eye for detail, be diligent in their approach and be keen to pursue a career within the IT sector.

A strong work ethic is also required with a minimum A-C (grade 4) in GCSE maths and English.


Entry requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
