JSS are working with an impressive manufacturing business based in Milton Keynes. They are currently seeking an ambitious Finance Analyst to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities:
Standardise and continuously improve management reporting.
Able to provide timely reports and insight into performance via variance analysis and consistently monitoring key financial KPIs.
Ensure accurate accounting, including periodic reconciliations and understanding provisional requirements.
Develop and provide insightful analysis on Inventory balances.
Business partnering senior stakeholders to provide insight and analysis.
Responsibility for specific margin P&L, inventory and accruals during the budgeting and forecasting time scales.
Extracting data from the ERP System and analysing data.
Administer the Rebate scheme through accurate accruals and payment files. Providing support with any queries.
Input into and implement the financial controls framework including balance sheet reconciliations.


Key Skills and experience:

Part or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or comparable)Ideally experience of working with an integrated ERP systemPrevious experience within an analytical roleDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analysis to ensure understanding of how data can drive the business forward, and regular tasks can be streamlined.

Strong mathematical skills and excellent attention to detailAmbitious and enthusiastic individual.
Able to communicate at all levels within the business.
Strong Excel and moderate PowerPoint skills
