We are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join a reputable financial services team based in Lincoln. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with longstanding clients while actively building and expanding your own portfolio.

Client Acquisition:
Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients in areas such as Investments, Pensions, Protection, and Equity Release.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues to generate leads and support your business growth.

Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser with a successful track record in business development.
• Excellent knowledge of Investments, Pensions, Protection, and Equity Release.
