    Permanent role, 40 hrs per week

    About the Role:

    As a CBRE BIM Manager, you will oversee the usage of the BIM and Digital Twin ecosystem. This job is part of the Facility Management. You are responsible for QA/QC the handover process, and support the engineering team utilizing BIM through the building operation phase.

    What You'll Do:
    • Unify BIM models across different platforms shared via the Common Data Environment.
    • Assist and collaborate with the Facility Management/Engineering Team to utilize the BIM model.
    • Work with the engineering team and other BIM engineers to set up Digital Twin platform for the account
    • Hierarchical access of all agents involved in the projects to the Common Data Environment
    • Property Management from the BIM model (6D), including asset data export and edit.
    • Acting as the intermediary between engineers, and clients so that operations remain efficient and effective.
    • Working closely with subcontractors and engineers onsite, who are responsible for producing project information and updating the construction models.
    • Overseeing the purchase of hardware/software so that it is appropriate, sufficient, and effective.
    • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in design & building technology and participate in development of new BIM standards
    What You'll Need:
    • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
    • Strong knowledge on Common Data Environment management (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
    • Strong knowledge on BIM data export and input process, proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets
    • Strong awareness in BIM coordination (Federation, Clash Coordination, Project Setup).
    • Strong knowledge on BIM automation (Dynamo or others)
    • Basic knowledge about Building Operation, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Digital Twin.
    • Basic knowledge about data collection and data cleaning (Python or other programming languages is a plus)
