    Description

    The Scheme Manager will be responsible for the operation and general running of the installer scheme within Quidos. This area of the business is a growing area that requires forward thinking and motivation to expand. The Scheme Manager will lead this department whilst upholding the Quidos vision and values with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.

    This is a fulltime position with weekly working hours of 9am-5pm Monday -Thursday 9am-4.30pm Friday with a daily 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

    The requirements of the role:

    • Ensure smooth operation of our installer scheme, understanding all elements of different software available, government legislation/funding schemes, and show a detailed understanding of the work of installers
    • To maintain aspect of quality throughout office processes, operations of certification and accreditation processes.
    • Ensure all enquiries to support, membership, applications, and renewal are answered promptly, accurately and politely.
    • Client liaison and account handling, including ensuring relevant industry communications are distributed.
    • Management of those administering the Scheme at present.
    • Liaise with the software development team and third-party providers to advise of future enhancements
    • General administration duties (preparation of invoicing data, spreadsheets, scanning etc)
    • Assisting marketing and sales departments in ways to increase business volumes to increase profitability of the scheme

    Working remotely is available however there is requirement for successful applicants to work within the main Quidos office for a minimum of 3 full working days a week.

    What are we looking for?

    We are a busy and dynamic team that are looking for somebody with great personal skills, calm under pressure and a motivation to bring their skills to promote what we do. If the applicant has an understanding of health and safety or knowledge of the PAS2030 standard this would be advantageous but not essential.

    There is a challenge ahead that will provide a rewarding role.

    The starting salary for this role is dependent on experience.
