    About Our Client

    tax partner is a boutique tax practice consisting of 4 senior corporate tax professionals which is looking to expand. The business model is to duplicate the role of an in-house tax professional (or Team).

    tax partner works as a valued member of their clients' finance / tax teams across a varied and exciting client base. The client base comprises UK listed companies, UK subsidiaries of overseas listed companies and PE backed groups.

    You will have the benefit of working with a Big 4 / Top 10 style client base, combined with the ultimate flexibility of working for a specialist boutique.

    Job Description
  • Managing client relationships as the sole point of contact.
  • Providing an excellent corporate tax reporting and compliance cycle service.
  • Handling a mix of ongoing compliance and advisory projects.
  • Typical advisory projects include capital allowance reviews, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.
  • Attend monthly partner meetings and become an integral part of the team, aiming to deliver excellence to clients.

    The Successful Applicant
  • First class tax reporting and tax return preparation skills are required.
  • Strong technical skills and an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrable track record to structure and lead client meetings with senior tax and finance professionals.
  • Managing and growing our client base - including winning new clients through your existing relationships.
  • Promote cross-selling of services (Employment taxes, VAT, Customs, Transfer Pricing and R&D).

    This role at tax partner is a 100% home based role (although with some travel to meet with clients). With this in mind, we do encourage candidates to apply to this role to join tax partner who are based in (or near) the following locations:
