Job Description This role is the primary contact between the company and its customer base, and acts as the main reception and processing point for the majority of sales orders received at Bath.
The combination of these functions not only underpins the perceived level of customer service but also provides the prime input for the Operations Department.
In role you will be expected to provide an efficient service to customers by processing and interpreting their sales orders promptly and accurately, and by representing the interests of the customer within the company.
Demonstrable experience in customer account managementComputer literate, quick to pick up systems
Will posses excellent customer service skills
