If you are looking a full time, fast paced customer service role we currently hiring on behalf of our client in Biggleswade.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Computer literate
Previous experience in an office-based Customer Services environment is preferred,
Strong work ethic and initiative
Enjoy working with people and be able to work as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound and outbound calls to customers and our Internal stores
Processing customer's website placed orders
Processing internal store placed orders
Tracking orders and liaising with all our courier networks
Assisting customers when using our website, placing orders etc
General office / customer service duties
Other info:
Full training provided
On site parking
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
