SRM Recruitment are supporting an exciting Scale-Up Payments business based in London in their search for an FP&A Manager.

As manager you will lead the FP&A team reporting directly into the Head of Finance, with a dotted line into the CFO. You'll manage a team of two in revenue accounting and will have responsibility for day-to-day FP&A to support the business in its growth. The role with have excellent exposure with regular responsibilities to present findings to the ExCo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and financial reporting to senior management, highlighting key drivers of performance
• Partner with a variety of teams to determine and track key KPI's
• Develop dashboards to drive operational efficiencies
• Coordinate the annual budget process alongside the Head of Finance and Financial Controller
• Develop cashflow forecast and ad hoc models
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to streamline reporting
• Support strategic initiatives, including planning for fundraising, by conducting financial due diligence and integration planning.

The successful candidate will have a several of the following attributes or skill-set:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with 2-4 years PQE, ideally with a corporate or advisory background
• Advanced modelling capabilities, and excellent understanding of Excel or Google Sheet
• Confident communicator capable of both managing a team and presenting findings to the ExCo

Our client is central London based, are offering an excellent basic salary circa £80,000 - £90,000 + Equity Plan + a host of other benefits (e.g. Private Healthcare)
