Who doesn't enjoy a holiday? Imagine being able to have your holiday permanently sat waiting for you at any time you are able to get there This position will see you maximising sales of holiday homes and creating lasting memories for holiday makers to return time and time again.

We are looking for an experienced holiday home salesperson who is organised and would be able to implement processes across the sales division to enhance the sales activity on park.

This role will see you working on a beautiful holiday home park which is on a large scale making the scope for earning potential very enticing This role could see you working across other parks which in turn could maximise your earning potential.

Ensure overall profits, success and smooth running of the Holiday Home Sales process
Adhere to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practice and legal compliance.
Gain feedback from both owners and holidaymakers on the services and facilities provided on park.

Maintain a continuous positive dialogue with customers to ensure the sale of holiday homes is supported from initial transaction to final delivery and handover including a full and final check on all relevant documentation.

Monitor and help proactively resolve after sales complaints (should they arise) to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
