Job Overview:
To provide team leading support across all dedicated B2B accounts.
The core focus of the role will include:
- Ensuring the improvement of productivity & performance across the team and in turn contributing to the overall performance to client targets.
- Be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire team to perform to the best of their ability.
- Ensuring the improvement of performance across the team to deliver on all client targets, including Sales Targets, Profiles and 360's.
- Guide the Sales team to improve their skills and motivate them to deliver consistent quality performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Report and communicate team performance, including teams individual Sales Performance to SDR's and Management daily.
- Report and communicate productivity and performance, including Calls, Talk-Time, Leads/Sales, Opportunities, and After Call Work on an hourly basis to SDR's and Management throughout the day.
- Manage low productivity and/or performance through support, guidance, coaching, training, and encouragement to ensure it doesn't become a longterm concern.
- Where productivity and/or performance doesn't improve, carry out correct and appropriate disciplinary procedures to SDR's.
- Manage annual leave and absences using a holiday tracker including accepting/rejecting absence requests. Updating absences on Workbook to ensure correct HR processes are followed.
- Deliver feedback and coaching sessions to improve SDR performance.
- Work with Client Service team to effectively communicate focus areas to SDR and then effectively feedback the results.
- Deliver monthly 121's with SDR's to continuously update them on performance and improvements.
Skills and Experiences:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative to identify tasks/projects and to prioritise workload appropriately.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Selfmotivation.
- People management.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
