We are working with a national public transport provider, based in Birmingham , who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

They can offer a salary of £50,000 - £54,000 , hybrid working (2 days home working ), and free travel when using their services.

They are looking for someone with strong trade union experience, and experience of supporting senior stakeholders in a generalist HR capacity.

Partner with one of the organisation's key directorates to provide front-line HR support
Consulting with key stakeholders regarding all HR issues and queries, acting as their main point of contact in HR
Managing key strategic initiatives, including succession planning, talent mapping and employee engagement
Supporting line managers with the performance improvement and development of capability within their teams

Previous experience working as a HR Business Partner
Complex employee relations case management experience

30 days holiday rising by 1 for every completed year of service to a maximum of 37 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

Monday – Friday, 8.00pm core hours – willing to be flexible
