    Accountabilities Summary:
    Supporting the seasonal strategy and range planning process and ensuring achievable and measurable KPIs.
    Driving the end-to-end selling process through detailed analysis, range assortment, and buy proposals.

    Actively maximised sales opportunities through detailed and timely analysis of the order book versus target and last year, highlighting areas of risk and turning missed opportunities into additional orders.

    Support the selling in the review process to ensure lessons learned are captured and fed back to the design team constructively and measurably.

    Review key account selections with the account manager to support the accurate forecasting and buying of stock prior to orders being updated on the system.

    Driving the buying critical path to ensure all wholesale orders are reviewed and on the system in line with the buy submission dates.

    Review sales orders versus purchase orders at the earliest possible date, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.

    To be aware of the delivery status at all times and ensure the sales teams are informed of any risk to the timely conversion of the order book.

    In season, drive the order book conversion through detailed meetings for all key accounts, ensuring sales are maximised and stock risk minimised.

    Accurately forecast wholesale excess stock position and produce margin-enhanced stock package deals where appropriate.

    To be the main point of contact between the sales team and Product Development teamManage and develop the Assistant Merchandiser and Merch Admin Assistant.


    Experience:
    At least two years of relevant work experience (Wholesale merchandising / Planning). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    Mid-level Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
