My client has just won the contract on one of London most prestigious sites and are now looking to speak with Electrical Shift Engineers to join their growing team The site has over 10 buildings consisting of tech companies, commercial offices and more.

• Simmtronic lighting
• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHU's
• FCUS
• Remedial Mechanical Works
• Building Services Plant

• City & Guilds Electrical qualifications (i.e 236, 2330, 2365 etc)
• City & Guilds Mechanical qualifications – Plumbing or Mechanical Degree
• Apprentice trained - desirable.
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing.

• Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
