    Account Manager– Automotive Warranty – £35,000-£38,000 basic salary + £15,000 OTE + Car Allowance + Benefits

    About The Business:

    Our client is a strong player within the Automotive Warranty sector, who have over 30 years of experience operating across the UK and Europe. Offering Warranty policies, Roadside Assistance and Value-Added Products they have developed programmes that are tailored to clients expectations.

    With key partnerships with the likes of VWFS and The AA, they have solidified their name within the sector and are now looking to enter a period of growth Priding themselves on delivering appropriate and customer centric services, they have committed to quality and prioritising the customer journey.

    About The Opportunity:

    Account Manager - Field based (Berkshire/Hampshire)

    £35,000 - £38,000 basic salary

    £15,000 OTE (uncapped)

    £6,000 car allowance

    Remote – field sales

    25 days holiday + birthday off

    Day To Day?

    • Grow the sales portfolio to achieve set targets
    • Deliver on all contractual KPI's
    • Develop and maintain successful relationships
    • Be a proactive member of the team

    About You:

    • Proven track record of sales achievement
    • Highly competent in the use of all modern IT systems and the use of CRM tool
    • Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
    • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and people management skills
    • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
