Head of Property Management – Mixed commercial portfolio

Madison Berkeley have been instructed exclusively by a major UK landlord who own and manage a diverse commercial portfolio which includes office, retail, leisure and industrial assets. This company have recently gone through an exciting transformation period which has created several new opportunities within this period of growth, the business is now on the hunt for an experienced, senior level commercial property manager.

The role is suitable for an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with significant property management experience, you'll be responsible for managing a small team who each manage an allocated portfolio. It's essential for the success candidate to assist the wider asset management team to deliver best in class services to their valued tenants, taking a lead on service change budgets, capex budgeting, arrears management, driving ESG and sustainability initiatives, value add initiatives and processing licencing, insurance claims and business rates. The Head of Property Management will report into the Head of Asset Management in addition to other internal stakeholders and investment partners.
