Digital Product Manager (People Solutions)/Digital Product Manager -HR/Payroll/Legal & Compliance


Morpheus are currently partnered with a fast growing, Series B backed Technology innovator and disrupter who making huge strides to transform an entire sector.


They are reinventing and digitizing their entire business to deliver significant time and cost saving to their clients and are set to be one of the fastest growing Technology SaaS businesses over the remainder of this year and next.


To help take their business and products to the next level, they are looking for a Digital Product Owner to work across the business, with clients and with Data to improve their product.

This role is about listening, learning, innovating and implementing.

This role is fully remote and welcomes applicants in Europe, UK and US.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive People (HR, Payroll, Global Mobility) related product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products
  • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process
  • Ability to craft an HR and Payroll related product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy
  • Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
  • Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
  • Partner with business owners and agile product teams to design and construct product roadmaps that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan
  • Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 57 years' experience in digital product management or similar
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Industry experience (Payroll, HR, Compliance) and technical understanding related to the international expansion industry
  • Familiarity working with B2B product and sales teams
  • Experience and desire to work crossfunctionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, and Operations


The role of Digital Product Manager - People Solutions, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch.


The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, designing the product architecture, UI development, to client deployment planning.


The DPM-P is responsible for the overall vision of the product and managing the role out of this vision into a successful launch.

You will act as a mediator between the consumers and the technical teams, communicating client needs and translating those needsinto new product features for the team to design.
