Job description for a property manager:
- Acting as a liaison between tenants and landlords
- Maintaining properties, addressing tenant complaints, conducting inspections, arranging repairs
- Preparing legal documents including tenancy agreements and notices, and issuing for signature
- Reviewing rents and negotiating increases/reductions in line with market values
- Auditing property files and adverts for remarketing purposes
- Reviewing inventories and checkout reports, negotiating deductions and refunding balances in a timely manner. When required, managing deposit disputes.
- Ensure job and industry legislation is being adhered to at all times.
Job skills required for a property Manager:
- Previous experience working as a property manager
- Knowledge of the property sector is preferred
- UK Driving Licence
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, property management software
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- A Keen eye for detail
- Able to commute to Manchester City Center
