    TheRole

    Supporting FP&Afunction and wider Finance Team by providing financial andanalytical support producing monthly management reporting budgetingandforecasting.

    Responsibilities

    Productionof wellpresented granular financial and operationaldata.
    Production of monthly Board Packs to be shared withthe executive suite and external stakeholders.
    Productionof period sales reports for internal and externaldistribution.
    Support in the financial planning budgetingand forecasting processes.
    Create and maintain financialplanning models.
    Assist in the creation of insightful andmeaningful reporting catalogue to support the different businessunits across Castore.
    Support on adhoc analysis withFinance Business Partner.
    Proactively look foropportunities to improve reporting and analysis withinCastore.
    Able to comment on variance analysis and provideinsightful commentary for period end reviews.
    Able toidentify financial risks and opportunities and escalate to seniormanagement where necessary.
    Collaborates with seniormembers of the accounting and finance teams.
    Ability tomanipulate large data sets into meaningfuloutputs.

    Skills&Qualities

    • Studyingtowards or recently qualified in an ACA CIMA or ACCA qualificationis desirable
    • Advanced knowledge ofExcel.
    • Power BI experience an advantage but notessential
    • Proactive selfstarter who thrives onbeing fully accountable for theirwork.
    • Experience of presenting insights in astructured way.
    • Ability to manage fast changingpriorities.
    • Broad understanding of keyaccounting principles.
    • Willingness to go aboveandbeyond.
