    We're looking for a part - time Mechanical Clerk of Works , Warwickshire area responsible for carrying out comprehensive inspections on various Education projects The role
    Please note this role is 3 days per week IR35 Status
    • OUTSIDE ** Our client is seeking an experienced mechanical clerk of works to join their team.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive inspections on various Educational projects .


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
    • Maintain detailed progress records, documenting all relevant factors for each project on a weekly basis.
    • Perform inspections prior to handover and at the end of defect correction phases.
    • Provide technical advice, works specification input and budget cost plans.
    • Compile and submit detailed site visit reports.
    • Participate actively in site meetings. The Requirements
    • Recognised qualifications in Mechanical field
    • Technically competent in mechanical building services.
    • Good understanding of statutory compliance and Health and Safety requirements.
