Global Network Program Talent Manager

The GN Talent programme manager will manage a programme of work to develop an approach that secures a diverse & talented pipeline of international leaders for
this organisations Global Network
Responsibilities include fully diagnosing challenges and opportunities in the current approach; working across the HR and business teams to develop fully costed recommendations for the new approach; designing both the programme and ongoing model to supportand sustain the approach; launch of the programme, including comms and change management to support this.
The programme manager will lead on delivery of the above in conjunction with internal specialists across resourcing, talent & development and reward (as necessary) who will provide design expertise.
Role summary -
This role will work as a member of the Global Network (GN) HR team and will collaborate with teams across the Global HR team to develop and deliver the programme.
The Global Network is the team that is responsible for oversight of the
organisations network overseas, with a small core team in the UK and a wider team based overseas, including Regional and Country Directors.
organisation operates in over 100 countries globally.
Following a period of transformation and the introduction of a new operating model, there is a significant opportunity to develop a new approach to developing international leaders and managing talent across the network.
Main Duties -
Consultancy, analysis & problem solving
- Diagnose progamme requirements using data
- Agree detailed objectives and deliverables with business sponsors and CoE leadership teams
- Determine options & recommendations, working with specialists in Resourcing, Talent & Learning and Development and, if required Reward Centres of Expertise
- Use understanding of organisation development to create an integrated solution, including recommending any policy, process and technology requirements
- Lead the process to develop of any new learning, talent or resourcing products, policie and / or technlogy, working with CoE specialists
- Develop case for investment as required
- Actively plan for and manage stakeholder relationships across business and HR teams
- Develop and oversee budget
- Develop & manage communications plan
Essential criteria
- Experience of working within learning development, talent management, organisation development or related disciplines within an HR function or a consultancy
- Experience of managing delivery a programme plan with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of working in a matrix environment and delivering outcomes without direct line management responsibility
- International experience
- Finance and resource management
- Experience of a similar scale international, large, matrix organisations
