We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team and can contributes to the creation, development and maintenance of Tribal's product portfolio.

The Role


The role of Product Owner contributes to the creation, development and maintenance of Tribal's product portfolio, by taking product requirements and driving product delivery through leadership of the day to day development activities.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a motivated, creative and diligent professional ideally with good knowledge and experience of translating the product vision, business strategy and customer requirements into software features and product functionality
Good understanding and experience of working with development sprint teams
Collaborate with development teams to prepare and prioritize story backlogs, determining the order of stories in the functional backlog and regularly reviewing in a manner that fits with the logistics of sprint planning
Manage the product backlogs to ensure that the product roadmaps, contractual commitments and statutory requirements are met
Ability to provide key functional knowledge and direction
Ability to prioritize contractual, statutory and opportunistic changes


Key Skills and Attributes:

Good knowledge and experience of maintaining software roadmaps developing business, technical and/or functional requirements
Experience of working with development sprint teams
Good written communication skills including writing technical and business requirement documents e.g. user stories, Business Requirements, Functional requirements
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients
Demonstrable experience of relevant product implementation within a scheduling software or similar is desirable but not essential
Experience of maintaining software roadmaps developing business, technical and/or functional requirements
