    Description
    Account Director – MarTech
    London - Hybrid

    With their impressive account base, which includes many of the world's leading brands, a solid portfolio of solutions including co-creation, social media management and extensive market research, they are well placed for further and significant growth.

    They now have an exciting hybrid opening in London for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Director.


    Account Director responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, concerns, and goals

    Contract Renewal Negotiation:
    Negotiating contract renewals, including pricing, terms, and conditions
    Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
    Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing clients

    Account Planning:
    Developing and executing strategic account plans to maximise client retention and growth opportunities

    Monitoring and Reporting:
    Monitoring client health and engagement metrics to proactively identify potential renewal risks and opportunities
    Oversee 60+ account with annual revenue exceeding 1.

    Account Director requirements:
    ~ 5+ years Account manager or Account Director
    ~ Balance in competing priorities and managing multiple projects/accounts
