Focus 5 Recruitment are on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Marketing to join their clients growing team. We're seeking someone who can elevate the brand to new heights while driving lead generation. The ideal candidate will be approachable, adept at juggling multiple projects, and skilled in managing internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will lead the internal Marketing team, report directly to the MD, and be part of the Senior Management Team. They will be responsible for generating leads through multiple channels and constantly exploring new avenues. The role requires someone who can embody the company's values, effectively communicate them, and ensure that clients understand the value provided. This is a pivotal role, central to the company's operations, contributing to the journey to become the best search marketing agency in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership Drive the long-term strategy as part of the Senior Management Team.
Lead Generation: Build and deliver a pipeline of leads for the Sales team through channels such as email campaigns, direct messaging, events, PPC, SEO, and Social Media.
Brand Management: Make the brand renowned, maintain the website, and ensure it stays ahead of the competition.
Team Development: Manage and develop the Marketing team on a day-to-day basis.
Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content that aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
Innovation: Constantly look for new channels and methods for lead generation.
Process Improvement: Develop and streamline processes to build strong foundations for scalable growth.
Commercial Awareness: Identify and develop new revenue streams.
Culture Building: Support recruitment and staff retention by fostering a positive company culture.
Requirements:
Experience: Worked agency side at a senior level.
Organizational Skills: Strong and efficient organizational abilities.
Creativity: Willing to try new ideas and not afraid of pushing creative boundaries.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Time Management: Excellent at managing time and resources effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Able to create and execute strategies that drive results.
Client Understanding: Think from the perspectives of potential clients, competitors, and current clients to ensure messaging is always on point.
Team Management: Confidence in managing internal teams and acting as the client for PPC, SEO, and Paid Social.

Digital Knowledge: Basic understanding of Google and Facebook advertising.
