We support all difference types of people with MotorNeurone Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Cord, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs that may include a physical disability, who would like support either on a 24-hour basis within their own homes or to access the community on daily basis dependenton their needs and wishes.

We feel that there is nothing better than seeing people happy in their own homes as we give them the support they need to live happy and fulfilled lives.

We provide comprehensive training throughout the year with mandatory courses offered and supplementary courses available upon request.

Our induction programme includes enrolment on to the Care Certificate designed to equip health and social care workerswith the skills they need to provide compassionate, person-centred care.


About the role
We are currently seeking dedicated and committed Care Assistants to join one our highly valued teams based in Stamford. You will be supporting a client who has a disability and lives within their own home.

In order to provide bespoke care and person centredsupport, you will assist your client with personal and clinical care, domestic duties and social activities.


Previous experience is an advantage but is not essential as training is provided.

Applicants with a full driving license would be preferable.
