- Continuously assessing the performance of our internal communications.
- Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
- Implementing, developing, and overseeing internal communication activities and initiatives, including video content.
- Managing and moderating engagement on our internal HR platform.
- Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.
- Collaborating closely with our HR team on EVP propositions and brand advocacy projects.
- Proven experience in internal communications, with a track record of developing and executing effective strategies.
