    Join the Group Fire, Health, and Safety Team at Connells Group!

    This is an exciting opportunity within one of the UK's leading high street estate agency and property services providers. As an aspiring or existing Fire, Health, and Safety Advisor, you'll have the chance to grow with us. We offer study support for qualifications, room for development, and a steady progression.

    Based in the midlands and surrounding counties, your main focus will be on continuous improvement. This involves providing guidance to colleagues and the Head of Fire Health & Safety. By building relationships at all levels across different brands, you'll play a key role in creating a consistently safe working environment.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Generate and promote a positive Fire, Health, and Safety culture
    • Assist in monitoring and reviewing policies to ensure compliance with legislation
    • Support staff to ensure safety regulations are followed
    • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for risk reduction

    Desired experience & skills:

    • Proven track record in a similar role
    • Relevant sector qualifications
    • Ability to plan effectively and work independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
    • Organizational and prioritization skills
    • Resilience and attention to detail
