We are looking for a Precision Ag Specialist & Harvesting Territory Sales Manager to join our team, a role covering the Irish and UK markets.
The mission of this role is to support customers and dealers to deliver a distinctive customer experience during the ownership phase of our Precision Ag product portfolio.
- The position will significantly support the development and delivery of sales promotion for Precision Agriculture products/solutions to our dealer network.
- Conducting local, regional, and inhouse training sessions for dealers on Precision Agriculture, both onboard and offboard technologies.
- Full commercial responsibility for sales and market share goals are met.
- Supporting dealer sales teams with planning & activities to build & maintain customer relationships and grow sales with key accounts.
- Counsels channel partners on products & marketing matters.
- Proven ability to deliver presentations and training to customers or dealers in large or small groups.
- Supporting sales training programs & product launches.
- Communicates market opportunities and competitive intelligence.
- Proofreading of sales & marketing materials related to some products.
- 35 years of experience around large agricultural and/or harvesting equipment
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated individual with a willingness to travel within UK/Ireland and abroad.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Sound commercial understanding.
